Sudden severe pain during pregnancy in women with fibroids may be due to a condition called “Red Degeneration” of fibroids. This happens when the blood supply to the fibroid gets affected, causing intense pain, tenderness, fever, or discomfort — especially during the second trimester.

Timely evaluation is important to rule out other complications and manage symptoms safely during pregnancy. If you experience persistent abdominal pain during pregnancy, do not ignore it. Consult an expert gynecologist for proper diagnosis and care.

Fibroids during pregnancy can sometimes lead to complications like pain, heavy bleeding, miscarriage, preterm labor, or difficulty in the baby’s growth and positioning. Every fibroid is different — some may not affect pregnancy at all, while others may need expert monitoring and treatment. Early diagnosis and the right gynecological care can help ensure a safer pregnancy journey for both mother and baby.

Uterine fibroids are one of the most common gynecological conditions affecting women during their reproductive years. While many fibroids are small and harmless, others can cause severe symptoms such as heavy periods, weight gain, abdominal bloating, infertility, pelvic pain, and recurrent miscarriages.

Not every fibroid needs surgery.

Many fibroids can be managed with regular monitoring, medications, lifestyle changes, or minimally invasive treatments depending on the size, symptoms, age, and future pregnancy plans of the woman.

If you have heavy periods, pelvic pain, bloating, or fertility concerns, don’t panic. The right evaluation helps decide the best treatment option for you.

Early diagnosis and expert guidance can help avoid unnecessary surgery.

18 years of waiting… and finally, a miracle in their arms.

This journey is a beautiful reminder that hope should never be lost.

After years of emotional struggle and disappointment, this couple came to us with multiple fertility challenges. The husband was diagnosed with severe oligoasthenoteratozoospermia, while the wife had an AMH of 1.1 along with pre-existing Type 2 diabetes — making the path to conception especially difficult.

With personalized fertility treatment, careful medical management, and incredible determination from the couple, they conceived in their 3rd treatment cycle. Their pregnancy was closely monitored throughout, and by God’s grace, they welcomed a healthy full-term baby.

The joy of motherhood after 18 years cannot truly be described in words. Stories like these remind us that fertility treatment is not only about science — it is also about faith, resilience, patience, and never giving up.

We are deeply grateful for the trust our patients place in us. Over time, many become more like family than patients.

Looking pregnant without being pregnant?
It may not always be just weight gain. A large fibroid can cause abdominal swelling, heaviness, bloating, excessive bleeding, frequent urination, and pelvic pain. Many women ignore these signs until the fibroid becomes very large.

If your abdomen is increasing in size unexpectedly, don’t ignore it. Get a gynec scan done early for proper diagnosis and timely treatment.

PCOS is now being renamed PMOS — Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome — after a global medical consensus published in The Lancet.

Why? Because experts now recognize that this condition is not just about ovarian cysts or fertility.

It affects multiple hormone systems, metabolism, insulin resistance, weight, skin, mental health, and long-term risks like diabetes and heart disease.

But remember:
The name may change, but the goal of treatment remains the same — restoring hormonal and metabolic balance with the right medical care and lifestyle support.

If you have irregular periods, acne, hair fall, facial hair growth, difficulty losing weight, or fertility concerns, do not ignore these symptoms.

Early diagnosis can make a huge difference.

Changing pads every 1–2 hours during periods is NOT normal — especially if you are passing large clots, having severe cramps, or experiencing very heavy bleeding.

These can be signs of uterine fibroids — non-cancerous growths in the uterus that can affect your health and quality of life.

The good news is that fibroids can be effectively managed with advanced laparoscopic surgery, allowing faster recovery and better outcomes.

Don’t ignore the signs. Consult an expert gynecologist.

Many patients ask — “Is robotic surgery done by a robot?”

The answer is NO.
Robotic surgery is always performed by an expert surgeon who controls and guides the robotic system with precision and safety.

The robot does not make decisions on its own. It helps the surgeon perform complex procedures with greater accuracy, smaller cuts, better visualization, and smoother movements.

Robotic surgery is one of the most advanced and precise ways of performing surgery today.

Miscarriage is not a woman’s fault.

Let’s stop blaming women for things like climbing stairs, eating fruits, walking, or everyday stress. These are not the real causes.

Most miscarriages happen due to medical reasons beyond anyone’s control, such as: • Chromosomal abnormalities in the baby
• Hormonal imbalances
• Uterine structural issues
• Infections
• Autoimmune conditions

Blame and guilt only add to the emotional pain a woman already carries. What she needs is support, understanding, and the right medical guidance.

When should you consult a doctor? • If you’ve had two or more miscarriages
• Difficulty conceiving after a miscarriage
• Irregular periods or known hormonal issues
• Severe pain, bleeding, or complications during pregnancy
• Known thyroid disorders, diabetes, or autoimmune diseases

Early evaluation can help identify causes and improve the chances of a healthy pregnancy.

Let’s replace myths with science.
