Lower ureteric stricture due to endometriosis in a 40 yr old female. Due to insufficient length of ureter for tension free anastomosis, bladder flap was created and tubularised- Boari flap and ureteric reimplant was done successfully.

Large obstructing yet silent stone had completely destroyed the kidney requiring nephrectomy ( removal of kidney) . The surgical procedure was challenging due to the multiple comorbidities , thick inflamed fascia around the kidney . Timely diagnosis and treatment will help in preserving the kidneys

40 yr old lady presented with dysuria ,low grade fever and difficulty in voiding. Upon evaluation diagnosed with Ureterocele. Cystoscopy shows pus flowing out of the ureterocele . Transurethral incision was made and patient recovered after the procedure

40 year old lady with newly detected diabetes had intermittent left flank pain and fever since 3 months. Upon imaging she had left lower ureteric calculus with left pyonephrosis and psoas abcess. She underwent left DJ stenting and Pigtail drainage. 3 months later DTPA scan showed poor function on left side hence laparoscopic Nephrectomy was done.It was a challenging case due to lost anatomical planes and dense adhesion requiring meticulous dissection and precise laparoscopic skills.

Uncontrolled diabetes can lead to life threatening complicated urinary infections like emphysematous pyelonephritis. Fever ,abdominal pain, vomiting , decreased urine output are the symptoms and CT showing air foci in the kidney is diagnostic.Pus can be seen flowing out of the DJ stent inserted to treat the infection

Recently we had a 70 yr old male with uncontrolled diabetes heart disease post angioplasty with Ejection fraction of 35 % with multiple kidney stones in 4 different locations. After proper optimisation for diabetes and IHD ,he underwent RIRS procedure. It was completely uneventful with absolutely no hematuria,Patient was discharged on POD 2 without any cardiac complaints or urosepsis .
