Empowering women with skills, confidence, and new opportunities 💙

Sama Foundation, in collaboration with Manal Foundation, has launched a Geriatric Care Training Program for underprivileged women in DJ Halli.

This initiative focuses on equipping women with essential elderly caregiving skills while creating pathways towards sustainable livelihoods and financial independence. With the growing need for trained caregivers in urban communities, geriatric care has become an important sector offering meaningful employment opportunities.

We are happy to take another step towards skill development, dignity in work, and women’s empowerment ✨

We are delighted to share a proud moment from the Career Mela held at the Government School in Malleswaram.

One of our talented students with special abilities, Shilpa, received wonderful encouragement when Dr. C N Ashwath Narayan purchased one of her paintings. Along with him, Mr. Praveen, ECO, Mrs. Hemalatha, Nodal officer, and several others also appreciated and purchased her artwork.
Moments like these truly motivate our students to believe in their abilities.

Thank you to everyone who supported and encouraged Shilpa’s talent. Your appreciation strengthens our efforts at Sama Foundation to nurture skills and create opportunities for persons with disabilities. 🎨✨

This recognition reflects the collective effort of our team, partners, volunteers, and well-wishers who continue to believe in building an inclusive and equitable society. Your support inspires us to keep working towards meaningful change, especially in creating opportunities for persons with disabilities and marginalized communities.
