Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the needs of patients.

1. To plan, prioritize and manage the caseload of children with atypical neurodevelopmental
challenges with variety of clinical needs.
2. To follow the speech therapy process of assessing, setting client centric goals and regularly review
the goals against the set targets for each child with neurodevelopmental issues.
3. To plan and implement individual or group interventions using treatment approaches and
techniques appropriate for the child and the family within their social and environmental
circumstances.
4. To be responsible for building up the practice of Pro Physio Healthcare through every client who
avails neurodevelopmental physical therapy.
5. To ensure that every child who is willing to availservices be offered the most convenient mode to
access care either virtually or in OPD.
6. To be accountable and responsible for ensuring optimizing own practice within the team.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Bachelor's / Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or relevant field.
📋 Experience in pediatric speech therapy, neurodevelopmental care, or rehabilitation (preferred).
💻 Proficiency in assessment tools and therapy techniques for speech disorders.
🗂️ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
