Dang! I am astonished! Perhaps words feel short...
At how senseless, foolish n lacking basic commonsense are some claiming heaven on earth type intelligence! My God!

Lacking basic disposition. Most of all voicing which is not right, even if one is an employee.

No wonder human is complex. But compounded is the behaviour, psychological adherence to some self generated identity.

Looking back on how curriculum was designed over the entire Ayurveda graduation.
My God! Why on earth were these topics, studies were introduced for us to study n were grinded under these like no other science can!

Gosh! Many left the college with in 1st year n enrolled in some other sciences as well. Or stopped studying forever! Thus is how profound and tough the subjects are to even absorb.

Each semester had 24 papers. 12 days continuous Morning theory n afternoon practicals/viva.

All that we were introduced were the tip of an iceberg! Like syllabus excerpt.

I guess a part of my foolish patience has come from that grinding.

But no where it was written that who claimed very high could have the lowest cognitive comprehension! There is no word to describe the ways these people are into.

One thing is certain it seems like Bhranti or Bhrama. It is so intense that watcher outside of it gets into their own bhranti if what they are seeing needs understanding or dismissal.

These have no basic awareness of complaince, dignity to another being or profession. Neither respect to the art of health.

A tiff of greed and ego clashing among them.

I am watching like a victim under erasure.

I despise all these. I don't deserve this.
Neither I have any interest left to deal with this senseless idiocity.

The irony is I have hid the content of the logo to preserve the privacy of who have erased my presence.

Damn it. :| So senseless

One clear headed read of the notice put gives clarity but Nope!!!!! Gosh!

# Myth. Truth. Or an Over-Diluted Version?

Health information today is often presented in neat little boxes:

It looks simple. Easy to understand. Easy to share.

But health is rarely that simple.

Many health principles are being reduced, diluted, and stripped of the context that gives them meaning. A complex concept is compressed into one line, repeated across social media, and eventually accepted as an unquestionable truth.

“Always eat this.”
“Never eat that.”
“This causes disease.”
“This cures everything.”
“This is good for everyone.”

But for whom, when, why, these are not even given a thought. These are not layman's job. This needs practical expertise in the field. Not an online curated prescriptive suggestion.

Those questions often disappear.

A health recommendation may be useful for one person and unsuitable for another. The same food, habit, or remedy can have different effects depending on age, constitution, health status, digestion, lifestyle, climate, season, medication, and many other factors.

This is especially relevant in Ayurveda, where understanding the individual is central. A principle cannot always be separated from the person to whom it is being applied.

The problem is not simplification itself. Simplification can help people understand.

The problem begins when simplification removes the essential context—and a conditional principle is presented as an absolute truth.

Not every popular “truth” is complete.
Not every myth is entirely false.
And not every health decision can be made from a social-media graphic.

Health requires context, observation, and individual understanding—not just viral information.

Before accepting the next “Myth vs Truth” post, perhaps ask:

Is this the whole truth—or only a highly diluted version of it?

Because when health knowledge loses its context, information may remain—but understanding can disappear.

This degree of irrationality is usually documented in psychiatric contexts, not observed in routine commercial interactions.

Visibility Is Not Optional. It Is Compliance.

Visibility is a basic requirement for any business. Not a favor, branding, or decoration.

A business must be identifiable from a public access point.
Signage, name display, and visual access exist so people can locate the service without confusion or obstruction.

Obstructing business visibility is not a personal dispute.
It is a "compliance violation".

In most civic and commercial frameworks, deliberate obstruction of visibility—by blocking signage, access paths, or common entry points—is treated as a "punishable offence" because it interferes with lawful operation.

This applies to all businesses.

Now, when it comes to clinics, the threshold is higher.

Clinics are not discretionary destinations.
People do not browse for them.
They look for them under stress, urgency, or physical limitation.

That is why clinics require:

* clear visibility
* unobstructed access
* predictable entry points

This is not sentiment.
It is operational logic.

Anyone who treats clinic visibility casually is not being clever or powerful.
They are displaying "functional illiteracy".

Healthcare does not operate on ego, convenience, or noise.
It operates on clarity and access.

Blocking visibility is not assertion.
It is "interference".

And interference, when documented, is not argued with.
It is acted upon.

Look at this. My clinic is made hidden now. By some new creatures on a shared space blocking the view completely from common entry.

Nuisance.

What challenges you face in the way hospitals, or clinics run?
What you expect and what you get?
What needs to change for better?
Note: Do not write your personal case history here or any public platform. Read the questions n understand early before writing anything.

Alarm baja. Body ne react nahi kiya.

Meetings attend hue. Notes bhi ban gaye.
Par pura din nikal gaya bina ek bhi nayi baat soche.

Lunch skip. Dinner sirf isliye bana ki subah stress na ho.
Ek aur din gaya — bina kisi takraav ke, bina kisi pause ke.

Sab theek tha. Par sab kuch ek jaisa.
Kaam chalte rahe. Decisions liye gaye.
Par khud se koi mulaqat nahi hui.

Yeh kahani hai bohoton ki.

It is a pity how people generalize their ideas about health and wellbeing—then expect everything to adjust to that ignorance.
Babysitting such ignorance is the costliest thing in the world. No true training exists to accommodate that kind of flaw.

Jealousy, The Silent Killer

Jealousy isn’t just an emotion—it’s a slow poison. It feeds on insecurity and thrives on comparison. It steals peace, ruins relationships, and damages health.

For those consumed by it, jealousy creates constant stress, spikes cortisol, and invites anxiety, insomnia, and even heart issues. For those around them, it builds tension, mistrust, and emotional distance.

The most dangerous thing? Jealousy hides. It blinds one to their potential and leaves them trapped in negativity.

What if, instead of comparing, the focus is on the strengths? Could it free oneself from its grip?

Your health—and happiness—depend on it.

Stay away from people who harbor jealousy.
If you have it and you know it Stay Away From People to save them & yourself. The karmic repercussions of damaging the innocent or unknown is unimaginably high.
