ATMAN:Awakening Wisdom Within. Atman is dedicated to sharing the empowerment of holistic healing, soul service and the Power of subconscious mind to stay healthy and happy..

"I am empowered to heal myself. You have the power to heal yourself. Together we have the power to holistically heal the world.”

I embarked on the journey to self-discovery and healing with Reiki in 2008. Me at soul level have been experiencing a dynamic shift with-in and have experimented with Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Crystal Reiki, Psychic Surgery, Past Life Regression Therapy , Clinical Hypn

otherapy and Redikall healing. An Ardent believer of holistic healing of body, mind and soul, through the power of the subconscious mind today I am reassured of Divine plan. Atman is a dream, a passion devoted for elevating human consciousness to God consciousness. It is a journey with-in, awakening our true self. A journey of inner exploration and outer expansion. Atman is a Sanskrit word that means inner self or soul which is inherently divine and pure, limitless and non-dual; it is the state of full awareness, liberation and freedom that overcomes duality and disharmony at all levels and integrating it to oneness. The Soul is the ‘Prana’ or the life-force behind every activity. It guides behaviour which results in our feelings of being ‘happy’ or being ‘sad’. The Mind is the middle layer between the Soul and the Body. It is the ‘translator’ between the body and the soul, and communicates what your inner self feels to the body and the bodily nerve transmits to the soul. The Body is the outer layer of the system. The soul’s feelings and the mind’s thoughts are both reflected in the health of the body. QUIET AND FOCUS YOUR MIND, CLEANSE AND NOURISH YOUR BODY,RENEW AND AWAKEN YOUR SPIRIT...AT ATMAN.

Why We Push Love Away Even When We Crave It

🤔Have you ever found yourself longing for love, yet pulling away when someone gets too close?

➡️You're not alone.

What often appears as self-sabotage, emotional unavailability, or fear of commitment is rarely a lack of love. More often, it's a nervous system trying to protect you from a pain it has experienced before.

When love has been associated with rejection, abandonment, criticism, betrayal, or inconsistency, your mind and body learn an unconscious lesson:
💝"Love isn't safe."

So even when your heart longs for connection, another part of you prepares for disappointment. One part reaches for intimacy, while another quietly builds walls to avoid being hurt again.
These protective patterns once helped you survive.

But what protected you in the past may now be preventing you from experiencing the connection you deeply desire.

Healing doesn't begin by forcing yourself to trust.
It begins by creating emotional safety within yourself, gently teaching your nervous system that the past is not the present, and that healthy love doesn't require you to abandon yourself.

➡️Your patterns are not your identity.
➡️They are adaptations.
➡️And every adaptation can be healed with awareness, compassion, and safe connection.

💞 The goal isn't to stop protecting yourself. It's to help your nervous system discover that it no longer has to.

Fear of Relationships: When Love Becomes Associated with Pain
We are not born fearing love. We learn to fear it.
Every relationship leaves an imprint on the nervous system. When love is repeatedly paired with rejection, abandonment, criticism, betrayal, emotional neglect, or inconsistency, the mind begins to create an unconscious association:
Love = Pain.
Closeness = Danger.
Vulnerability = Getting Hurt.
Over time, the nervous system stops seeking connection and starts seeking protection.
This is why someone may deeply long for love yet pull away the moment it becomes available. They may overthink, self-sabotage, choose emotionally unavailable partners, avoid commitment, or convince themselves they are better off alone.
Loneliness then becomes a paradox. It hurts—but it also feels familiar. And what is familiar often feels safer than the uncertainty of intimacy.
The fear is not of relationships themselves.
The fear is of reliving the pain that past relationships left behind.
Healing begins when we recognize that our present relationships are often filtered through yesterday's wounds. As we gently process those old experiences, the nervous system learns a new truth:
Love can be safe.
Connection can be consistent.
Intimacy does not always lead to loss.
The journey is not about becoming fearless.
It is about teaching your heart and your nervous system that the past is over, and that love no longer has to carry the weight of old pain.

THE INVISIBLE IMPRINTS OF CHILDHOOD 👶

A child's mind is like soft clay—beautiful, impressionable, and constantly being shaped by the world around them. They do not simply hear our words; they absorb them. They do not merely experience emotions; they build their understanding of themselves and the world through those emotions.

👩Your words shape their destiny.
The way you speak to a child gradually becomes the way they speak to themselves. Words of encouragement nurture confidence, curiosity, and resilience. Words of criticism, rejection, or shame can leave invisible wounds that may linger long after childhood.

👶A child who repeatedly hears, "You are capable," grows into someone who trusts their abilities. A child who constantly hears, "You are not enough," may carry self-doubt into adulthood.

🥰Their emotions shape their future.
Children learn emotional safety through the people who care for them. When their feelings are acknowledged and accepted, they learn that emotions are not something to fear or suppress. They develop the ability to trust, connect, and regulate themselves. But when their emotions are dismissed, ignored, or punished, they may grow up believing that their feelings do not matter, leading to struggles with self-worth, relationships, and emotional well-being.

👶A child's experiences become the foundation of their inner world. The love they receive becomes their understanding of love. The safety they experience becomes their understanding of security. The respect they are shown becomes their understanding of self-worth.

👩This does not mean parents or caregivers must be perfect. It means that every interaction carries the potential to nurture or wound, to build or diminish, to strengthen or silence.

👶Children may forget many moments of their childhood, but they rarely forget how they were made to feel.

👶The words we choose today become the voices they carry tomorrow. The emotions we help them navigate today become the emotional landscape of their future.
Handle a child's heart with gentleness, because within that small heart lives the adult they are becoming.

FATHER♂️ THE FIRST BLUEPRINT OF SECURITY

♂️ and 💹🪙

The memories and emotions connected to your father often shape your relationship with security, abundance, money and the men in your life.

Father represents security. So does money.

If you felt loved, supported, and protected by your father, you may find it easier to trust life and attract abundance. If you felt abandoned, criticized, or unsupported, those feelings may unconsciously influence your relationship with money and relationships.

Remember, your father too had his own struggles, wounds, and karmic journey. He may have been shaped by experiences beyond your understanding.

Choose compassion. Forgive where you can. Speak the words left unsaid—whether to him directly or within your heart. Release guilt, resentment, and pain. Hold on to the memories that nourish you, and let the rest go.

Love abundance. Ask for it. Pray for it. There is nothing selfish about receiving the blessings life has to offer.

Our father is often the first man we know. The relationship we have with him—and the relationship we witness between our parents—can shape our subconscious beliefs about love, security, and relationships.

When we heal our relationship with our father within ourselves, we begin to heal our relationship with security, abundance, and love.

A Mother's Love: The First Blueprint of Love

A mother is our first experience of love.

In her womb, we begin to feel. In her arms, we first learn safety, connection, and belonging. The relationship we share with our mother often becomes the blueprint for how we experience love in the world.

If that love was nurturing, it can help us trust. If it was painful, distant, or controlling, those wounds may quietly echo through our relationships.

Remember, she too was shaped by her own story, her own wounds, and her own struggles.

Healing begins with awareness, compassion, and forgiveness—not to erase the past, but to free your heart.

When you heal your relationship with your mother, you begin to heal your relationship with love itself.

Healing your relationship with your mother is not about changing her—it's about reclaiming the love and peace within yourself.

⭐I release the pain of the past with love and compassion.
⭐I honor my mother's journey while embracing my own healing.
⭐I am worthy of unconditional love.
⭐I choose healthy, nurturing, and fulfilling relationships.
⭐I forgive what I can and release what no longer serves me.
⭐I break inherited patterns with awareness and grace.
⭐My heart is open to giving and receiving love.
⭐I am safe, loved, and deeply enough.
⭐Every day, I heal my relationship with love.
⭐I choose peace, compassion, and emotional freedom.

THE SILENT DANCE OF LOSS AND ANXIETY-
When the Heart Grieves and the Mind Worries

Loss changes more than circumstances—it changes our sense of safety.

When we lose someone we love, a relationship, a dream, a job, our health, or even a version of ourselves, the world can suddenly feel uncertain.

The mind begins searching for what was lost, while the heart struggles to accept what has changed.

This is where anxiety often enters.

Anxiety after loss is the nervous system's attempt to protect us from being hurt again. It whispers:
"What if I lose someone else?"
"What if life never feels normal again?"
"What if I can't cope?"
"What if the future holds more pain?"

The grief looks backward, longing for what was. The anxiety looks forward, fearing what might be.
And so we become caught between the past and the future, finding it difficult to rest in the present.

Yet healing begins when we understand that anxiety is often grief wearing a different mask.
Sometimes what needs attention is not the anxious thought, but the loss that remains unspoken beneath it.

A LOVING REMINDER 💌You are not anxious because you are weak. You are anxious because something meaningful mattered deeply to you.

Loss leaves an empty space. Anxiety tries to guard that space. Healing happens when we allow ourselves to feel the loss, honor the love, and slowly learn that life can still hold meaning, even after what has been taken away.

"Grief mourns what was lost. Anxiety fears what could be lost. Healing teaches us to hold both with compassion."

💚 I honor my grief and give it space to be felt.
💚 I am safe in this moment.
💚 My feelings are valid, and I welcome them with compassion.
💚 I release the need to control what I cannot change.
💚 With each breath, I return to the present moment.
💚I am stronger than the fears created by my pain.
💚 I allow myself to receive support and love.

💝"I honor what I have lost, trust what remains, and open my heart to healing.💝
