Material Elements

भूमिरापोऽनलो वायु: खं मनो बुद्धिरेव च ।
अहङ्कार इतीयं मे भिन्ना प्रकृतिरष्टधा ॥ 4॥
bhūmir-āpo ’nalo vāyuḥ khaṁ mano buddhir eva cha
ahankāra itīyaṁ me bhinnā prakṛitir aṣhṭadhā

Earth, water, fire, air, space, mind, intellect, and ego these are eight components of My material energy

Everything we touch, see, think, feel, and identify with belongs to the realm of Prakriti—the Divine’s material energy. The earth beneath our feet, the waters that sustain us, the fire that transforms us, the air that gives us breath, and the infinite expanse of space are only the visible expressions of creation. Yet Lord Krishna takes us much deeper. He reminds us that even the invisible—the restless mind, the discerning intellect, and the ego that clings to identity—are also part of the same material energy.
The spiritual journey begins the moment we stop identifying with the eightfold material nature and begin recognising ourselves as the witnessing consciousness that animates it. The mind is not the master—it is an instrument.
The intellect is not the truth it is a guide. The ego is not the Self, it is a temporary mask. When we remember this, life changes. We cease struggling to control the waves and instead recognise the vast ocean from which they arise.
The eight elements belong to creation. The soul belongs to the Creator.

Moving Mountains

Sometimes the greatest act of faith is not asking for more, but trusting that what has already been set in motion is quietly making its way to you. There are moments when silence can feel like unanswered prayer. We wonder if anyone is listening, if our hopes have been forgotten, or if our efforts have gone unseen. Yet not every prayer is answered with immediate change. Some are answered with unseen shifts, gentle preparation, and perfect timing.

Faith asks us to release the need to control every outcome and instead rest in the knowing that life is unfolding with purpose. Mountains are rarely moved in a single moment. They are moved one stone at a time, often in ways our eyes cannot yet perceive. This weekend, give yourself permission to pause. Let go of the burdens you were never meant to carry alone. Breathe deeply and notice how much beauty already surrounds you. Reflect on how far you have come instead of how far you still believe you must go.

Ask yourself:
If I truly believed my prayer had already been heard, how would I think, speak and live today?

Allow yourself to feel the peace, joy and gratitude you would experience if your heart’s desire had already manifested. Those emotions become a quiet invitation for miracles to enter your life.

Keep your energy aligned by being of service where you can, by being fully present with those you love, and by appreciating the blessings that already fill your life. Gratitude softens the heart, presence quiets the mind, and faith opens the door to possibilities beyond imagination.

Your miracle may not arrive in the way you expected, but it is already finding its path to you.

Guru Is Calling

When your Guru calls, it is not by chance—it is a divine invitation.

Every visit to your Guru’s temple or sacred abode is a reminder that you were never meant to carry life’s burdens alone. The worries, fears, disappointments, and unanswered questions that weigh heavily upon your shoulders often manifest as stress in the neck, back, and body. We carry far more than we were ever meant to. Yet, the moment we surrender these burdens at the lotus feet of our Guru, we begin to experience a sense of lightness, peace, and inner freedom. It is often said that no one enters a Guru’s shrine unless the Guru himself has called them. If you have been drawn to his presence, consider it a blessing. It is his way of reminding you that you are loved, protected, and never alone.

Every temple and shrine dedicated to the Guru is a powerful centre of divine energy—a sacred space where devotees can reconnect with grace, receive guidance, and renew their faith. Though the Guru may no longer be present in physical form, his presence lives on eternally in the hearts of those who seek him with devotion. When you place your worries, fears, and challenges at your Guru’s lotus feet, you are not giving up—you are surrendering to a higher wisdom. Trust that what cannot be resolved by your efforts alone will be resolved through divine timing and grace.

Walk into your Guru’s abode with faith. Leave your burdens behind. Walk out carrying only his blessings, his love, and the quiet assurance that everything is unfolding exactly as it should.
Today, I surrender every burden at his lotus feet, trusting that his grace is already working in my life. I choose faith over fear, peace over worry, and surrender over struggle.
