Yesterday, we came together to honour our Master on the occasion of the 183rd Hahnemann Memorial Pledge. Around 23 homoeopaths connected virtually to take the oath and pay tribute to his enduring legacy.

A sincere thanks to N C H Homoeopathy for initiating this observance and encouraging all Homoeopaths across the country to participate through its circular.

A heartfelt thanks to DrVeena for the wonderful idea of bringing us together virtually, and special thanks to Shreyansh Indi ( Bhavani Homoeo Clinic )for recording and beautifully editing the video. Gratitude to every doctor who joined and made this event truly memorable.

It was an exhilarating, goosebumps moment that I will cherish for a lifetime. I believe many of you felt the same.

This is a small snippet from my Women's Day talk with young mothers .lingarajapuram (.latha2805 ), where i spoke about stress and its impact on health.
In the process of caring for everyone — children, family, and responsibilities , many mothers forget one very important person: themselves.
✨ Women also need to pause and think of themselves.
✨ Having one’s own identity is important.
✨ A woman’s emotional and physical health matters.
When a woman feels valued, balanced, and healthy, she is able to nurture her family with greater strength and love.
🌿 A healthy woman and a healthy mother create a healthy family.
This Women's Day, let us remind every mother:
Taking care of yourself is not selfish — it is necessary.
