Linga Mudra is a traditional yogic hand gesture (mudra) associated with fire (Agni tattva). It’s known for generating heat and energy in the body and is often used in yoga and pranayama practices.

As founder of , it is an honour to start the first tie-up with the Asha School, AWWA.

I have conducted various workshops but as a founder, I wanted to take my yoga education to educators. This is the first step, and we cross states soon.
