Some moments make you pause…

Being selected as 1 of 15 women chosen globally for the Bayer Foundation Women Entrepreneurs Award 2026, is one of those moments.

Years ago, I wasn’t building a company. I was simply trying to care for someone I loved through cancer.

That experience stayed with me.

It became the reason Carer exists.

Today, this recognition isn’t just an award. It’s a reminder that some of the world’s biggest problems are worth dedicating your life to, even when the path feels impossibly long.

I’m deeply grateful to the Bayer Foundation and Impact Hub Network for believing in our mission….
