34 year old lady came with history of pain left mid abdomen. Investigation revealed she had severe urinary infection and a 3x2 cm stone in her LEFT KIDNEY. It was blocking her left kidney urine collecting system.
She underwent a PCNL( percutaneous nephrolithotripsy) by just placing a one inch incision in her back to blast the same and relieve her from the obstruction and the stone.
Appreciate the shape and the crystal type of the left kidney stone.

PHIMOSIS WITH BALANITIS XEROTICA OBLITERANS in a 11 year old.
Request to all parents is to teach personal hygiene of private parts to their children. In boys retracting the prepuce skin and cleaning is a important aspect for personal hygiene. This 11 year old had recurrent urinary tract infection with ballooning of prepucal skin while passing urine. Like wise hygiene of private parts in girls with routine self examination of the breasts are to be taught.

45 year old female walked in with a history of heavy bleeding per vaginally from past 4 to 5 months, and tiredness on even doing some small household work. Investigation of blood revealed she was severely anaemic( because of excessive bleeding per vaginally) and a ultrasound performed on her revealed that she had a ENDOMETRIAL FIBROID, which was the cause of her excessive bleeding.
A laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy was done on her and her UTERUS along with the ENDOMETRIAL FIBROID was removed without any cutting of abdomen.

Anxious to conceive. Was diagnosed to have a LEFT OVARIAN DERMOID CYST with RIGHT POLYCYSTIC O***Y.
A CHROMOPERTUBATION was done to confirm spilling of dye through the both fimbrial ends to confirm the patency of the Fallopian tube after performing a left ovarian dermoid cystectomy and right polycystic ovarian drilling.
Her both Fallopian tubes were found to be PATENT.

A left ovarian DERMOID Cystectomy was performed with Right Ovarian drilling LAPAROSCOPICALLY.

Young school going 13 year old girl came to our hospital with SEVERE RIGHT LOWER ABDOMINAL PAIN.
She was taken up for a Emergency Diagnostic Laparoscopy and was found to have a RIGHT TUBOOVARIAN TORSION SECONDARY TO RIGHT OVARIAN CYST WITH PREGANGRENOUS CHANGES.
Simple timely DETORSION restored blood supply to the RIGHT TUBOOVARIAN AREA, so we could preserve the entire area after just a RIGHT OVARIAN CYSTECTOMY
