But does growing older have to mean depending entirely on your children? And does independence mean being alone?

For him, it’s more than just chopping vegetables. It’s something he has always loved doing🙂‍↕️
He used to help his wife in the kitchen and even today, give him a kilo or two of vegetables and he will happily get to work 🥹❤️

Because sometimes, purpose is not about doing something extraordinary. Sometimes, it’s found in the simplest things like a familiar routine or a skill you have always loved!

It is about continuing to do the little things that make you feel useful, happy and like yourself ❤️
