Flat foot ಯಾಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತೆ ?

Why Does Flat Foot Develop?

Many people are born with flat feet, while others develop the condition as they grow older. As we age, the muscles and ligaments that support the arch of the foot can gradually become weaker. Excess body weight, injuries, nerve-related problems, and normal wear and tear of the joints can also contribute to the collapse of the arch.

When the arch becomes flatter, you may notice:

✔️ Foot pain after walking or running

✔️ Tiredness or heaviness in the feet

✔️ Swelling around the ankle

✔️ Gradual wear and tear of the joints

✔️ Changes in the way you walk

Maintaining a healthy body weight, strengthening the foot muscles, and wearing footwear with proper arch support can help reduce symptoms and slow the progression of the condition.

In severe cases, especially when pain becomes persistent, medical treatment or surgery may be necessary.

Early attention can help prevent long-term problems.

ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಹಾಗೆ ಕಾಲು ಭಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಸ್ತು !!

Why Do Your Legs Feel Heavy in the Evening?

Do your legs feel unusually heavy, tired, swollen, or painful by the end of the day? Many people assume this is simply due to fatigue, but several underlying conditions can contribute to these symptoms.

Common causes include:

✔️ Varicose veins caused by prolonged standing

✔️ Poor blood circulation

✔️ Peripheral vascular disease

✔️ Diabetes-related nerve damage

✔️ Smoking-related blood vessel problems

✔️ Slip disc and spinal canal stenosis

✔️ Muscle weakness and fatigue

If you experience leg heaviness, burning sensations, numbness, swelling, or pain—especially after standing for long periods—it's important not to ignore these symptoms. Early evaluation can help identify the underlying cause and prevent complications.

ಬೀಳದೆ Fracture ಆಗುತ್ತಾ?

Can a fracture happen without a fall?

Most people believe that a fracture happens only after a fall, accident, or major injury. But that isn't always true.

In some cases, bones become so weak that even simple activities such as standing up suddenly, sitting in a car for a long time, or travelling on a rough road can lead to a fracture.

Here are some common reasons:

✅ Osteoporosis (weak bones)

✅ Vitamin D and calcium deficiency

✅ Osteomalacia

✅ Lack of physical activity

✅ Infections affecting the bone

✅ Cancer that has spread to the bone

These fractures are commonly seen in the spine and may initially cause only mild pain, which gradually becomes more severe.

Persistent back pain should never be ignored. Early diagnosis and treatment can help prevent serious complications.

ಕೆಮ್ಮು/ sneeze ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಸೊಂಟ ನೋವು ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆಯಾ ?

Can coughing or sneezing trigger back pain or leg numbness? 🤧⚡

If you experience sudden lower back pain, tingling, or numbness in your leg while coughing or sneezing, it could be a sign of an underlying spine problem such as a slip disc or nerve compression.

Coughing and sneezing temporarily increase pressure inside the abdomen and spine. If a spinal nerve is already irritated, this extra pressure can worsen pain or cause symptoms to radiate down the leg.

Don't ignore persistent symptoms. Early evaluation and the right treatment can help prevent the condition from worsening and get you back to your daily activities comfortably.

👨‍⚕️ If you have back pain that worsens with coughing or sneezing, consult an orthopedic specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Can’t Lift Your Arm? Don’t Panic. It’s Not Always a Stroke.

If you're struggling to lift your arm overhead, it doesn't necessarily mean you've had a stroke. In many cases, the problem is related to your shoulder joint, tendons, or nerves.

Common causes include:
• Frozen Shoulder – The shoulder becomes stiff, making movement painful and restricted.
• Shoulder Impingement – Extra bone growth can prevent the shoulder from moving freely.
• Rotator Cuff Tear – A damaged tendon can make lifting your arm difficult.
• Nerve Injury – Weakness from nerve damage can reduce your ability to raise the arm.

The good news? Most of these conditions are treatable with the right diagnosis. Treatment may include physiotherapy, medications, injections, or minimally invasive procedures depending on the underlying cause.

Don't ignore persistent shoulder pain or difficulty lifting your arm. Early evaluation can help restore movement and prevent long-term stiffness.

ಕಾಲಲ್ಲಿ ಉರಿ ಬರುತ್ತಾ stroke ಅಲ್ಲ !!

🔥 Burning sensation in your feet? Don’t ignore it.

A burning feeling, numbness, or tingling in your feet does not always mean a stroke. In many cases, it may be caused by nerve-related conditions such as diabetic neuropathy, vitamin B12 deficiency, a slipped disc, neuritis, or other neurological disorders.

Identifying the underlying cause early can help prevent further nerve damage and improve your quality of life. If you experience persistent burning, numbness, or unusual sensations in your feet, consult a qualified doctor for a proper evaluation and treatment.

Early diagnosis can make a significant difference.

ಬೆರಳು STUCK ಆಗುತ್ತಾ? Trigger finger warning !!

🖐️ Is Your Finger Getting Stuck? It Could Be Trigger Finger!

Does your finger get locked in a bent position and then suddenly straighten with a painful "click" or "snap"? You're not alone. This common condition is called Trigger Finger, and it can affect anyone—from young children to older adults.

In children, it may occur as Trigger Thumb, and in many cases, it resolves on its own. Adults usually develop Trigger Finger due to inflammation and a small nodule in the tendon, making smooth finger movement difficult.

The good news? Most cases can be treated successfully with:
✔️ Finger exercises
✔️ Massage
✔️ A small local injection (when needed)
✔️ A simple, minimally invasive Trigger Finger Release procedure for permanent relief in persistent cases

Don't ignore a finger that keeps locking or clicking. Early diagnosis and the right treatment can restore normal movement and prevent long-term discomfort.

📞 If you're experiencing these symptoms, consult an orthopedic specialist for proper evaluation and treatment.

ನಮ್ಮ height ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಾ ?
Does your height decrease as you age? 📏

Many people think height only increases until adulthood and then stays the same. But after the age of 40, gradual height loss is a natural part of aging.

On average:
✔️ 40–50 years: Up to 1 cm height loss
✔️ 50–60 years: Another 1 cm may be lost
✔️ 60–70 years: Total height loss can reach 3 cm or more

This happens due to:
• Reduced water content in spinal discs
• Osteoporosis and vertebral compression
• Weak back and core muscles
• Collapse of the foot arch with age

The good news? A balanced diet, adequate Vitamin D and Calcium (when needed), regular exercise, and maintaining strong muscles can help support healthy bones, posture, and overall mobility as you age.
