Some people complete ten years at an organisation. Some become part of its very foundation.
For the past decade, Kanishka has brought extraordinary care, commitment and ownership to Plexus. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, Head of Rehabilitation and Therapy Coordinator, her contribution has reached far beyond any one role.
She has cared for patients, mentored therapists, built and strengthened teams, brought different disciplines together and helped turn countless ideas into programmes that could make a real difference. During COVID, when patients could not come to us, she helped take care to them through the Home Training Programme. As Plexus grew, she helped its teams, services and systems grow with it—always keeping the patient at the centre.
But titles and responsibilities can only say so much. What they cannot fully capture is how deeply she cares, how readily she steps forward and how much of herself she gives to everything entrusted to her.
Kanishka, Plexus has grown with you—and because of you.
Thank you for ten years of believing, building, leading and caring. We are immensely grateful for everything you have made possible and incredibly proud to celebrate this milestone with you.
