Not every dark under-eye is pigmentation—and not every concern can be treated with an eye cream.

Under-eye darkness can be influenced by:
• Pigmentation
• Visible blood vessels
• Tear troughs and hollowness
• Facial anatomy and shadows

If hollowness or volume loss is the primary concern, topical creams cannot restore lost volume. In selected cases, dermal fillers may be considered after an assessment.

The right treatment starts with identifying the cause.

Consult us at Sapphire Skin & Aesthetics Clinic for a personalised assessment.

Flaking that improves temporarily but keeps returning may need more than a change in shampoo. The underlying cause and how you manage it both matter.

* Dandruff is associated with Malassezia yeast, scalp oil and inflammation. Similar scaling can also occur with seborrhoeic dermatitis, psoriasis or eczema.

* The right shampoo, its active ingredient, frequency of use and application technique all play a role in managing dandruff.

* Scaling around the eyebrows, sides of the nose or ears can be associated with seborrhoeic dermatitis, but other skin conditions may look similar.

If your dandruff keeps returning despite appropriate care, consult us at Sapphire Skin & Aesthetics Clinic for a scalp assessment and personalised treatment.

Recurring cracks at the corners of your mouth? It could be Angular Cheilitis.

• Saliva & irritation – Frequent moisture can cause cracks and inflammation.

• Infections– Fungal or bacterial infections may sometimes be involved.

• Skin conditions – Eczema and sensitivity can contribute.

• Dental & nutritional factors – These may also play a role in some cases.

Repeatedly applying lip balm may not address the underlying cause. If the cracks are painful, recurrent, or not healing it’s best to have them assessed.

If you’re dealing with a recurring skin concern, visit Sapphire Skin & Aesthetic Clinic. We’ll help identify the cause and guide you towards the right treatment.
