ಇಂದು ವಿಶ್ವ ಪರಿಸರ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ.
ಪರಿಸರದ ಕಾಳಜಿಯ ಕುರಿತು ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಜೂನ್ ೫ ರಂದು ವಿಶ್ವದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಪರಿಸರ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪರಿಸರವು ನಮ್ಮ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಜೀವರಾಶಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಪರಿಸರದಲ್ಲಿನ ಗಾಳಿ, ನೀರು, ಮಣ್ಣು, ಮರಗಳು, ಕಾಡುಗಳು, ಕೆರೆ, ಹಳ್ಳ, ನದಿ, ಸಾಗರ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವುದು ಇಂದು ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅವಲಂಬಿತರಾಗಿರುವ ಈ ಪರಿಸರ ಯುಗ ಯುಗಳವರೆಗೂ ಹೀಗೆಯೂ ಉಳಿಯಬೇಕಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ನಾವು ಈ ಪರಿಸರವನ್ನು ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡದೆ ಉಳಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದಾಗ ಇಂದಿನ ಪರಿಸರ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ಅರ್ಥ ಬರಲಿದೆ.
Today is the World Environment Day.
World Environment Day is celebrated every year on the 5th of June to make people aware of protecting the environment. The environment is the most precious gift to all living species. It is pivotal to maintain the environment's air, water, soil, trees, forests, pools, ditches, rivers, oceans, etc. This environment that we depend on must stay for thousands of years. This day will have meaning only if we hand over the environment to the next generation without damaging it.
