With collaboration of Bankura Sammilani Medical College & Hospital Art of living Bankura organized a programme named' Mental Health on today's generation and time ' on 8th January 2026 Dr S.N Sengupta Memorial Hall. The program focuses on the growing importance on mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, mood swing, loneliness and identity issues. Through expert talks and interactive sessions the younger Folks present there gained better knowledge how to control their mood, how to control their mind over emotions and how they can handle their digital life by maintaining balance and self understanding.
We wouldn't let our mind to control us ..but we would be the master of our mind ..that was a strong message given through the programme.
Program coordinator were Dr Partha Pratim Mandal and Dr.Subhodeep s**t .
Chief guest was prof.Dr .Panchanon Kundu & others officials.
