Patient presented with huge swelling left side up to infraorbital foramen ,after preliminary investigation ,patient was sent for CBCT ,cortical perforation and infected cyst was diagnosed radiological.incision was given in labial vestibule and abscess drained ,pathology present in 11,12,21
GP CONES were also removed and drainage established .NOW case on follow up using calplus n triple antibiotic paste to see response of case details will b uploaded periodically.
