ЁЯМ╕ NICU Success Story ЁЯМ╕
Patient: B/O NasiraBorderline Term Male Baby | Birth Weight: 3.3 kg
B/O Nasira, a borderline term male baby weighing 3.3 kg, was born via LSCS and cried immediately after birth. Soon after delivery, the baby developed respiratory distress and was admitted to the NICU.
Following clinical evaluation, the baby was diagnosed with Respiratory Distress, Neonatal Sepsis, and Neonatal Jaundice.
The baby required CPAP support for 5 days, after which he was successfully weaned to nasal oxygen and then to oxygen hood. With timely intervention, appropriate antibiotics, supportive care, and continuous monitoring, his condition improved steadily.
After a successful NICU stay, the baby was breathing comfortably in room air, feeding well, maintaining stable vital signs, and was discharged home in good health.
"Every successful discharge is a testament to timely intervention, dedicated teamwork, and compassionate neonatal care. Every newborn deserves the best possible start in life."
