Baby was admitted in NICU due to severe breathing difficulty after birth because of extremely premature lungs. Baby required ventilator support and was treated with surfactant therapy for lung maturity.
After continuous monitoring and intensive neonatal care for 15 days, baby has shown significant improvement. Breathing is stable, feeding well, and general condition is satisfactory.
Current Weight: 1.8 kg

Prematurity
Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS)
Low Birth Weight (LBW)
Today, baby is being discharged in stable condition with advice for regular follow-up and proper neonatal care at home.

Newborn Successfully Treated and Discharged in Stable Condition

Complaints at Admission:
• Breathing difficulty
• Low birth weight
• Neonatal jaundice

The baby was admitted to the NICU and managed with proper medical care, monitoring, medications, and supportive treatment. The condition improved gradually during the hospital stay.

Condition at Discharge:
• Breathing difficulty resolved
• Jaundice normalized
• Weight increased to **2.7 kg**
• Baby clinically stable and healthy

The baby was discharged in stable condition.
Parents were advised regarding regular feeding, proper newborn care, and follow-up visits.

Kuch din pehle ye bacha bahut nazuk halat mein tha (internal bleeding ki wajah se), lekin aaj discharge ke waqt use swasth dekh kar sab bahut khush hain.

Ilaaj safal raha! Bache ki lambi umar aur achi sehat ki kaamna karte hain. 🩺✨
