🔹 Neck of Femur Fracture
When the ball of the hip joint is fractured, it is called a neck of femur fracture.
👉 Hip replacement is necessary in such cases.

🔹 Intertrochanteric Hip Fracture
👉 Hip replacement is not required and is treated with other appropriate surgical methods.
