Many parents give their children a bottle of milk to sleep. Although it may seem a normal habit, it can quietly damage your child's teeth. When a child sleeps drinking milk, the natural sugar (sugar) in milk remains on teeth for a long time. The flow of saliva reduces during sleep, so that the mouth cannot clean these sugars.
