गर्भावस्था (Pregnancy) के दौरान नियमित स्वास्थ्य जाँच (Regular Check-up) बेहद ज़रूरी है।

👉 इसके कारण:

माँ और बच्चे की सेहत पर नज़र – ब्लड प्रेशर, शुगर, हीमोग्लोबिन, वजन आदि की जाँच।

जटिलताओं से बचाव – समय रहते प्रे-एक्लेम्पसिया, एनीमिया, इंफेक्शन जैसी समस्याओं का पता लगाना।

बच्चे की सही वृद्धि पर नज़र – अल्ट्रासाउंड और सोनोग्राफी से।

पोषण और दवाइयों की सलाह – सही डाइट व सप्लीमेंट्स (आयरन, कैल्शियम, फोलिक एसिड)।

सुरक्षित डिलीवरी की तैयारी – डॉक्टर को आपकी मेडिकल हिस्ट्री और ज़रूरतों का पता रहता है।

💡 इसलिए डॉक्टर सामान्यतः हर महीने (पहली 6 महीने तक),
फिर 15 दिन में एक बार (7वें से 8वें महीने तक),
और आखिरी महीने में हर हफ़्ते चेकअप की सलाह देते हैं।
