15 साल की तकलीफ़… बार-बार अस्पताल के चक्कर… और फिर एक नई ज़िंदगी ❤️

कब्ज़ की समस्या, पेशाब करने में परेशानी और Complete Uterine Prolapse के कारण यह मरीज पिछले कई वर्षों से परेशान थीं।
इलाज के लिए बार-बार अस्पताल जाना पड़ा, लेकिन उनकी तकलीफ़ पूरी तरह खत्म नहीं हुई।

जब वह हमारे पास आईं, तो उनकी स्थिति और भी चुनौतीपूर्ण थी—
Complete uterine prolapse के साथ बड़ा Cystocele और Enterocele.

ऐसे कठिन और advanced prolapse में Vaginal Hysterectomy with prolapse repair एक चुनौतीपूर्ण प्रक्रिया थी।
लेकिन सही surgical planning, टीमवर्क और सावधानी के साथ हमने सफलतापूर्वक surgery की।

आज जब वही मरीज वापस आती हैं—
बिना उस पुरानी परेशानी के, चेहरे पर मुस्कान के साथ, और सिर्फ एक बात कहती हैं:

“Doctor साहब, Thank you… अब मैं बहुत अच्छा महसूस करती हूँ।” ❤️

हमारे लिए इससे बड़ी खुशी और क्या हो सकती है।

हर surgery सिर्फ एक procedure नहीं होती।
कभी-कभी यह किसी महिला को उसकी सामान्य ज़िंदगी वापस देने का माध्यम होती है।

तीन बार गर्भपात... एक एक्टोपिक प्रेग्नेंसी... और फिर एक नई उम्मीद। ❤️
लगातार 3 गर्भपात और 1 एक्टोपिक प्रेग्नेंसी का दर्द, अनगिनत अस्पतालों के चक्कर, मानसिक तनाव, निराशा और माँ बनने का टूटता हुआ सपना...
जब यह मरीज हमारे पास पहुँची, तो हमारा उद्देश्य केवल इलाज करना नहीं था, बल्कि बार-बार गर्भ ठहरने में आ रही हर संभावित बाधा की पहचान कर उसे दूर करना और पूरी गर्भावस्था के दौरान हर कदम पर उसका साथ देना था।
आज वही संघर्ष एक खूबसूरत मुस्कान में बदल गया—एक स्वस्थ शिशु का सुरक्षित जन्म। 👶❤️

Thanks to the team The first half of July have been intense, challenging, and incredibly rewarding.
Our team successfully performed:

✅ & couple of minor procedures
Alongside these major surgeries, we managed an OPD of over 200 patients every single day.

Share glimpse from the last cesarean- a patient with previous cesarean 2 years back came to opd @ 38 weeks with foetal distress because of these two loops of cords around neck

गर्भधारण का सबसे उपयुक्त समय आपकी उम्र पर निर्भर करता है।
20–30 वर्ष को गर्भधारण की "गोल्डन विंडो" माना जाता है।
इस उम्र में प्रजनन क्षमता (Fertility) सबसे अधिक होती है।
अंडों (Eggs) की गुणवत्ता सर्वोत्तम होती है, जिससे स्वस्थ गर्भधारण की संभावना बढ़ती है।
गर्भपात (Miscarriage) का जोखिम सबसे कम रहता है।
गर्भावस्था की जटिलताओं जैसे हाई ब्लड प्रेशर और गर्भकालीन मधुमेह का खतरा भी अपेक्षाकृत कम होता है।
30 वर्ष के बाद प्रजनन क्षमता धीरे-धीरे कम होने लगती है।
35 वर्ष के बाद अंडों की संख्या और गुणवत्ता में तेज़ी से गिरावट आती है।
इससे गर्भधारण में कठिनाई होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है।
गर्भपात और शिशु में गुणसूत्र (Chromosomal) असामान्यताओं का जोखिम भी बढ़ता है।
गर्भावस्था के दौरान जटिलताओं की संभावना पहले की तुलना में अधिक हो सकती है।
फिर भी, 35 वर्ष के बाद भी उचित देखभाल और नियमित जांच के साथ स्वस्थ गर्भावस्था संभव है।

Rare case with incidence of 1 in 1800-2500 previous cesarean pregnancy

A young Nursing officer from Gurgaon after consulting many gynecs in Gurgaon and delhi came to us with **two previous cesarean sections** presented at just **7 weeks of pregnancy** with bleeding per va**na.

After detailed evaluation and targeted investigations, we diagnosed a **Cesarean Scar Ectopic Pregnancy (CSP)** — one of the most challenging and potentially life-threatening forms of ectopic pregnancy.

She had already consulted multiple specialists and had been counseled regarding surgical management options.

✨ A Journey from Recurrent Losses to a Precious Miracle ✨
Yesterday was not just another Caesarean section—it was the culmination of a journey filled with hope, perseverance, and faith.
About 9 months ago, a young woman walked into our clinic carrying a heavy emotional burden. She had suffered three spontaneous pregnancy losses and had already consulted multiple specialists across Jaipur and Alwar. Exhausted by repeated disappointments, she said, "Sir, I am fed up with all these treatments."
After listening carefully to her story, we started from the basics. We investigated the possible causes, performed the necessary tests, and formulated a personalized treatment plan. More importantly, we reassured her that her dream of motherhood was still alive.
Months of dedicated treatment, regular follow-ups, patience, and trust followed.
