I am happy to inform you all , that we performed our first TEVAR for aortic dissection in an old patient , as a surgical group may be this would be the first in MP CG, which I am not sure of. Hope you all would love if we all can perform more and more the se types of less morbidity causing procedures for aortic aneurysm and dissections.
