Beyond TB — A rarest-of-rare complication of Tuberculosis

This is a unique case study of 20-year-old Deepesh, who had been suffering from chronic cough and swelling across the body since childhood.
For years, he was treated for Tuberculosis, but his condition showed no lasting improvement.

Further investigation through CT scan revealed Bronchiectasis, a rare and serious condition that can be mistaken for TB if not properly evaluated.

With the right diagnosis and targeted treatment, Deepesh underwent a 5-month medical management plan.
Today, he is clinically stable and doing well, highlighting the importance of accurate diagnosis and timely intervention.
