Interesting case of ameloblastoma operated in 2020 for maxillary anterior region. Post surgery , replacement was a huge challenge with absolute no bone present , rejected by almost all dentists as conventional implants are impossible with 1.5 mm knife edge ridge and a fibroosseous healing made it impossible to place conventional implants. Challenge was accepted and bi cortical implants were placed in 11 engaging the nasal spine and 13 engaging the sinus floor. Implants were tilted using the Ttphil concept using single drill and implants were placed to get an insertion torque exceeding 50n / cm square due to bi cortical anchor. Implants were 3.75 mm diameter by 18 mm length. Ttphil concept allowed bone expansion along with insertion Challenging case taken up with a hopeful good outcome.

A case of posterior rehabilitation using combination of bicortical and conventional implants in atrophic maxilla and mandible. A collapsed bite which was corrected over 4 months. Screw retained crowns were placed over implants using multi unit abutments in some implants where Ttphil concept was used. An entire digital work flow used to rehabilitate the patient.
