A digital hearing aid helps a person hear speech more clearly by smartly processing sounds instead of just making everything louder.
Types of Digital Hearing Aids :

1. Behind-The-Ear (BTE)

📍 Worn behind the ear, connected to an earmold or tube.

2. Receiver-In-Canal (RIC / RITE)

📍 Small device behind the ear with a thin wire (receiver) to the ear canal.

3. In-The-Ear (ITE)

📍 Fits completely in the outer ear.

4. In-The-Canal (ITC)

📍 Fits partly inside the ear canal.

5. Completely-In-Canal (CIC)

📍 Fits deep inside the ear canal.

6. IIC (Invisible-In-Canal)

Happy New Year from our little boy❤️
Abhinav is one of our cochlear implant recipients who is always curious about everything he sees. Being a therapist it's really good to see this as I have seen how "Natural curiosity supports ongoing language and learning development".
The intervention approach emphasizes incidental and naturalistic learning opportunities embedded within daily routines, with reduced dependence on structured, clinician-directed tasks, to support spontaneous language development and generalization.
