9 months of pregnancy… and the baby came out looking exactly like Papa! 😂❤️

But is it really possible for a baby to look completely like one parent?

A baby inherits genes from both the mother and the father, which influence features like eye colour, hair, skin tone, facial structure and height.

Sometimes a baby may look more like one parent at birth, but features can change as the baby grows.

So next time someone says, “Ye toh poora Papa pe gaya hai!” remember, Mom’s genes are there too! 😉

Do padded and wired bras cause breast cancer? 🤔🎀

No. There is no good scientific evidence that wearing a padded, wired, or underwire bra causes breast cancer.

You may have heard claims that underwire bras “block lymph flow” or trap toxins in the breast but these claims are not supported by reliable medical evidence.

What actually matters is knowing your breasts and being aware of changes such as:

🔸 A new lump or thickening
🔸 Changes in breast size or shape
🔸 Skin dimpling or unusual changes
🔸 Ni**le inversion or unusual discharge
🔸 Persistent pain or other changes that are new for you

And remember — breast pain from an uncomfortable or poorly fitted bra is not the same as breast cancer. Choose a bra that fits comfortably and provides the support you need.

Don’t let social media myths create unnecessary fear. ❤️

Husbands, never say these things to your pregnant wife. 🤰❤️

Pregnancy is already a time of huge physical, hormonal and emotional changes. The words you use can either make your partner feel supported or make her feel even more overwhelmed.

Avoid comments like:

❌ “You’ve gained so much weight.”
❌ “Why are you always tired?”
❌ “Other women manage pregnancy easily.”
❌ “You’re at home all day, what are you tired from?”
❌ “You’re overreacting.”

Instead, try “How can I help?”, “Take your time,” or simply “I’m here with you.” 🤍

Pregnancy isn’t just about taking care of the baby. It’s also about taking care of the mother.

A little patience, empathy and support from a husband can make a big difference during these nine months.

Tag a husband who needs this reminder and save it for later. ❤️

Your trimester-wise pregnancy guide 🤰📖

Pregnancy is divided into three trimesters, and each stage comes with different changes, milestones and things to keep in mind.

🌱 1st Trimester: Focus on early pregnancy care, prescribed supplements, regular check-ups and understanding the changes happening in your body.

🌸 2nd Trimester: Baby’s growth becomes more noticeable, movements may begin, and important scans and routine monitoring are usually scheduled.

🤍 3rd Trimester: Focus shifts towards monitoring baby’s growth and position, preparing for labour and delivery, and getting ready for the newborn.

Remember, every pregnancy is different, so your care plan should always be based on your doctor’s advice and your individual pregnancy.

Save this guide to come back to throughout your pregnancy and share it with an expecting mom! ❤️
