Some of the most important changes in a woman’s body are often experienced quietly.
Periods may change. Discharge may look different. Desire, fertility, mood, energy and sexual health can shift through different stages of life. These changes are biological, personal and often completely normal.
Your body is not something to feel embarrassed about or hide. You don’t need to know the medical term, explain it perfectly or decide whether it is “serious enough” before talking about it.
Women should be able to speak openly about what they notice in their bodies—because understanding these changes is an important part of caring for your health. And when something feels unusual, persistent or concerning, asking about it is always worthwhile.
Your body changes. Your questions are valid. Talking about them is normal.
