Conjoined twins: a rare ( 1 in 50000 to 200000) and complex congenital condition in which both the fetuses are physically connected in utero. When a single fertilised egg partially divides into 2 embryos after 13-17 days of fertilisation. Presenting the prenatal USG pics and the post delivery pics of such a case of thoraco omphalopagus ( connected by chest and abdomen) conjoined twins.
