Always happy to share knowledge and help women suffering from ENDOMETRIOSIS.

This time, it was Bhubaneswar, Odisha, where I was invited to operate on a challenging case of Deep Infiltrating Endometriosis (DIE).

The surgery was successfully completed, reaffirming that with meticulous planning, advanced laparoscopic skills, and a dedicated multidisciplinary approach, even the most complex endometriosis cases can be managed while preserving the patient’s quality of life.

Grateful to the organizing team for the invitation and to the entire OT team for their excellent support.

Together, we continue to spread awareness, share knowledge, and improve the care of women with endometriosis.

Heavy bleeding during your periods? Don't ignore it. 🩸⚠️

Passing a few small blood clots during your period can be normal.

But if you're experiencing heavy bleeding, large blood clots, or periods that last longer than 7 days, it could be a sign of an underlying condition that needs medical attention.

This condition, known as Menorrhagia, can affect your daily life and may lead to anemia or other health concerns if left untreated.

Your periods shouldn't force you to put your life on hold.

Listen to your body and seek timely medical advice.

📩 If you're experiencing unusually heavy periods or large clots every month, consult your gynecologist for a proper evaluation.

Does having endometriosis mean IVF is your only option to conceive? 🤰

The answer is No.

Many people believe that every woman with endometriosis needs IVF—but that's a myth.

The right treatment depends on several factors, including the stage of endometriosis, your age, fertility status, symptoms, and overall reproductive health.

Some women can conceive naturally, while others may benefit from medication, surgery, or fertility treatments—including IVF, when appropriate.

Every fertility journey is unique, and so is the treatment plan.

📩 If you have endometriosis and are planning a pregnancy, consult a fertility specialist to understand the best option for you.

Is a normal ultrasound enough to rule out endometriosis? 🤔

Not always.

A normal ultrasound does not necessarily mean everything is normal.

Conditions like endometriosis and, in some cases, adenomyosis can be difficult to detect—especially in the early stages or when the disease is deep.

Diagnosing endometriosis often requires an experienced specialist who is trained to identify its subtle signs. That's why many women continue to suffer for years, even after multiple consultations and normal reports.

If your symptoms persist despite a normal ultrasound, don't ignore them. Your pain deserves answers.

📩 When symptoms don't match your reports, consider consulting an endometriosis specialist for a detailed evaluation.

Your reports are normal… but the pain is still real. ⚠️

If you've had multiple tests and everything appears "normal," yet your period pain continues to affect your daily life, don't ignore it.

Some conditions, like endometriosis, can be difficult to detect. In certain cases, the disease may involve deeper tissues or nerves, making it harder to diagnose through routine investigations.

That's why persistent pain deserves more than repeated painkillers—it deserves a thorough evaluation by an endometriosis specialist.

You don't have to keep living with unexplained pain.

📩 If your reports are normal but your symptoms aren't, it's time to seek a specialist's opinion.

(Endometriosis Symptoms, Severe Period Pain, Chronic Pelvic Pain, Endometriosis Diagnosis, Endometriosis Specialist, Women's Health, Painful Periods, Gynecologist)

Still don't have a clear diagnosis despite consulting multiple doctors? 🤔

If your symptoms continue but you still don't have answers, don't ignore them.

When it comes to endometriosis, choosing the right specialist is just as important as getting tested.

Since endometriosis can mimic many other conditions, it often requires evaluation by a doctor who has dedicated expertise in diagnosing and treating this condition.

An experienced endometriosis specialist can help identify the problem early and guide you toward the most appropriate treatment.

The right diagnosis is the first step towards the right care.

📩 If you've been living with persistent symptoms without a clear diagnosis, consider consulting an endometriosis specialist.

(Endometriosis Specialist, Endometriosis Diagnosis, Endometriosis Treatment, Pelvic Pain, Women's Health, Laparoscopic Surgeon, Gynecologist, Endometriosis Awareness)

Severe pain before your periods begin? It shouldn't be ignored. ⚠️

Many women believe that intense period pain is normal.

But if you're experiencing excruciating pain even before your periods start, it's a sign that deserves medical attention.

One possible cause could be endometriosis—a condition that often goes undiagnosed because women learn to live with the pain.

The earlier it's identified, the sooner you can receive the right treatment and prevent complications.

Pain is your body's way of telling you something. Listen to it.

📩 If your period pain starts before your periods and keeps getting worse every month, consult a gynecologist for a proper evaluation.
