‘Her Story – Her Power’ पुस्तक में मेरी जीवन-यात्रा और सामाजिक कार्यों को स्थान मिलना मेरे लिए विशेष सम्मान है।
यह सम्मान उन सभी महिलाओं को समर्पित है जो हर दिन चुपचाप संघर्ष करती हैं और अपने परिवार व समाज को मजबूत बनाती हैं।
हर महिला की एक कहानी है और हर कहानी में अपार शक्ति है।
Being honoured with the ‘Women of Vision 2026’ award at the India International Centre, New Delhi, is a deeply emotional and proud moment for me.
Having my journey and social work featured in ‘Her Story – Her Power’ makes this recognition even more special.

Small video for my women followers who struggle un acknowledged day in and day out . I spoke from the heart even if u don't understand english u will understand my will to empower women. speaking in front of distinguished guests and good orators like Sandeep Marwah is not easy but sometimes you don't speak your ground work does . One of those moments, "Her story Her power " यह वीडियो उन सभी महिलाओं के लिए है, जो हर दिन चुपचाप संघर्ष करती हैं… अपने परिवार के लिए, अपने सपनों के लिए और समाज के लिए—लेकिन उनके इस संघर्ष को अक्सर कोई पहचान नहीं मिलती । मैने इस मंच पर अपने दिल की बात कही। शायद मेरी अंग्रेज़ी हर कोई न समझ पाए, लेकिन मुझे विश्वास है कि मेरी नीयत, मेरी आवाज़ और महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने का मेरा संकल्प हर कोई समझ सकता है। Sandeep Marwah जैसे प्रतिष्ठित अतिथियों और इतने बेहतरीन वक्ताओं के सामने बोलना आसान नहीं था। कभी-कभी शब्द साथ छोड़ देते हैं… लेकिन तब आपका वर्षों का काम, आपका संघर्ष और आपकी नीयत आपके लिए बोलती है।

ग्राम छापर को हरित, स्वच्छ और सुंदर बनाने हेतु सखी वेलफेयर फाउंडेशन की पहल से ग्राम छपर, खसरा संख्या 56, पुक़ार टॉकीज़ के पीछे स्थित क्षेत्र को हरित, स्वच्छ और सुंदर बनाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण चर्चा की गई। #नजीबाबाद
स्थानीय जलवायु के अनुकूल वृक्षारोपण, पौधों के संरक्षण और सामुदायिक भागीदारी पर विशेष जोर दिया गया। क्षेत्र में हरित पट्टी विकसित करने और सौंदर्यीकरण की योजना पर भी चर्चा हुई।
साथ ही, धोबी समाज की आजीविका को बेहतर बनाने के लिए व्यवस्थित कपड़े धोने एवं ड्राई-क्लीनिंग यूनिट स्थापित करने का प्रस्ताव भी सामने आया। मौके पर धोबी समाज के लोग , डॉक्टर संदीप, मठपाल जी , कविन , हर्षित राजू, मीनू, सूरज, तरुण मौजूद रहे।
🌱 सामूहिक प्रयासों से ग्राम छपर को स्वच्छ, हरित और सुंदर बनाने का संकल्प।

दिल से ….

शायद यही वजह है कि मुझे अपने पेशे से इतना लगाव है।
जब एक अजन्मा शिशु इस दुनिया में अपनी पहली साँस लेता है, तो मुझे हमेशा महसूस होता है कि जीवन ने मुझ पर बहुत बड़ा विश्वास किया है।
मैं यह नहीं कहती कि मैं हर बार सब कुछ सही कर पाती हूँ या मैं कोई असाधारण काम कर रही हूँ। लेकिन इतना ज़रूर जानती हूँ कि हर मरीज के लिए मैं अपनी पूरी ईमानदारी, पूरी मेहनत और पूरे मन से कोशिश करती हूँ।
ऐसे पल मुझे याद दिलाते हैं कि मैंने यह पेशा क्यों चुना था। यही मुझे हर दिन और बेहतर करने की प्रेरणा देते हैं।दिल्ली से होते हुए भी , 20 साल नजीबाबाद टिकने का श्रेय सिर्फ मेरे पेशंट्स को जाता है ।
मेरे मरीजों और उनके परिवारों का भरोसा, उनका स्नेह और उनकी दुआएँ ही मेरी सबसे बड़ी कमाई हैं। इसके लिए मैं दिल से आभारी हूँ।

More footpaths.
More trees.
Less garbage.
More respect for pedestrians.

हमारे ज़माने में इतना स्ट्रेस नहीं था शायद इसलिए हमने एमबीबीएस फर्स्ट क्लास और फर्स्ट एटेम्पट में पास की और २३ वर्षों के अनुभव से में इतना कह सकती हूँ कि आजकल के बच्चो और अभिभावकों के तनाव का स्तर बहुत ज़्यादा है ऐसा किसी के लिए भी अच्छा नहीं हो सकता । के एग्ज़ाम्स ना हुए जीवन मरण का खेल हो गया We did not have exams during our days , we did not have so much stress as the parents and students go through these days with coaching and preparations , we did fairly well as doctors today with 23 yrs of experience.
