One IVF Egg Retrieval. Two Live Births. Seven Years Apart.
A rewarding milestone in reproductive medicine.
Today, we delivered a healthy baby girl conceived through a frozen embryo transfer. What makes this case remarkable is that her elder brother was also conceived from embryos created during the same IVF stimulation and egg retrieval cycle.
The embryos were cryopreserved after the initial treatment. Seven years later, the couple returned to use their frozen embryos and successfully expanded their family.
This case beautifully demonstrates the long-term value of embryo cryopreservation, enabling patients to achieve multiple successful pregnancies from a single egg retrieval while preserving reproductive potential for future family building.
Heartiest congratulations to the family on this wonderful addition.
