High flow congenital arteriovenous fistula of the kidney(Renal AVF)- embolised using Double micro catheter technique

In a high flow fistula, coiling with a single microcatheter can lead to dislodgement and distal migration of the coil- even if it is a deatachable coil..
The technique of using 2 micro catheters (Micro 1 and Micro 2) and similtaneous coiling allows us to put the coil from micro 2 within the loops of the coil from Micro 1...Then we will detach only 1 coil (coil from Micro 1) followed by adding Glue(N Butyl Cyano Acrylate) using micro 1 into the coil mass.. Finally will detach coil from Micro 2
