We've been posting daily workouts for over 4 months and the positive response has been overwhelming. We entered this field because of our love for fitness and want to keep sharing that with as many people as possible. While we, like everyone else, are saddened that we've had to keep our doors closed, health and safety are our priority... and we know that keeping you active, even at home is one of the best ways to keep that up.

We've featured a lot of Krome transformations over the years, and usually they involve someone losing a lot of weight. One type of transformation we haven't featured as much, even though it happens just as regularly, is .

We're just as impressed when someone puts on nearly 10kg of pure muscle as when they lose a lot of body fat. Why? Because it's not easy and takes a lot of discipline and hard work.

What makes 's change even more impressive, is that he did during the lockdown with no access to weights or the gym. Over the last three months, he's been following the daily Krome workouts and following our advice for what to eat to get these results.

Dedication to your goals means that, even during a lockdown, you make time for the things that are important to you. has been going the extra mile (pun intended) these past 6 weeks, working out up to 3 1/2 hours daily. In addition to running an average of 10 kilometers daily, he has been following the Krome and doing strength training after.

Linu is someone who had previously tried many gyms, but found it hard to stick to a program. What he found at Krome was that our passions matched his goals, and that we are committed to the success of our members. The results speak for themselves. Linu looks and feels years younger. We're so proud of him.
