Dr. Ayanika Sarkar is a teacher by profession, a researcher by nature, and a career counsellor as well as personality development advisor by passion. She has done her doctoral study by engaging herself in studying the role of psycho-social behaviour on the status of female education in remote areas of West Bengal through her multidisciplinary research aptitude. With the belief in mental strength to be the strongest support in the journey of life, she has started the online mental health awareness generation agenda along with providing a holistic support system with a group of experts in various psychological dimensions.
