For a long time, I didn't have a name for what I was building.

By day, I was a gynaecologist deliveries, surgeries, consultations, one woman after another. But in between those appointments, I kept noticing the same quiet pattern. Women weren't struggling because good care didn't exist. They were struggling because no one had made it feel clear, accessible, or theirs.

So I started building. A clinic. A platform. A different way for women to actually understand their own bodies without the fear, the guesswork, or the shame.

I didn't call it a startup. Honestly, I didn't call it anything. I just knew it needed to exist.
And then, slowly, the recognition came Startup India, DPIIT, PSCST, FICCI.

The government had put a name to something I'd been building long before I had a word for it myself.

I'm not sharing this as a list of achievements. I'm sharing it as a reminder: the things worth building rarely begin with a title. They begin with a problem you can't stop thinking about.

For me, that problem has always been the same every woman deserves clarity about her body, her health, and her choices. And someone has to build the space where she can find it.

That's what I'm here to do. If this resonated, tell me in the comments what's one thing about your health you wish someone had made clear for you sooner?

The thyroid is one of the most under diagnosed drivers of women's health problems. And it shows up quietly in things you've probably been blaming on "stress" or "just getting older."

I check thyroid panels routinely for my patients especially women in their 30s who come in for one thing and leave with answers to five they hadn't even asked yet. TSH is the first test to ask for. If it's off, your doctor will add T3 and T4 to the picture. This card gives you a quick visual reference for what to watch. It's not a diagnosis it's a starting point for a conversation you should be having.

Have you had your TSH checked recently? It's one of the simplest, most affordable tests and one of the most overlooked. 🌸

IVF is more than injections, scans and embryo transfers. It is also waiting, uncertainty and an emotional reality that no Google search, Facebook group or Instagram post can fully prepare you for.

A patient once called me after an unsuccessful transfer—after six months of treatment, she realised nobody had truly prepared her for the possibility that the first cycle might not work.

Counselling should not begin after the heartbreak. It should begin before treatment—with honest conversations, realistic expectations and space for every question.

Because informed decisions bring clarity, even during an uncertain journey. 🤍

Save this if you’re considering IVF, and share it with someone who may need to hear this.

Nobody sits you down and explains this. Not in school, not at home, not even at your first gynae visit unless you ask the right question.

So most women either panic over something completely normal, or ignore a sign their body is actually trying to give them because no one ever taught them the difference.

That's the gap this carousel is here to close. Colour, consistency, smell your body is communicating constantly. You just haven't been given the vocabulary to read it.
Save this one. Not for today for the day you notice something and aren't sure if it's nothing or something. You'll want it then.

What's one thing about your body you wish someone had explained earlier? Tell me below 👇

This is my whole life. And I'd choose it again in a heartbeat.

Because for every woman who's used to putting herself last, I want to be the doctor who makes her health simple, clear, and shame-free.

That's why I do this clinic and all. 💛

Save this and send it to a woman who needs to book that appointment she's been avoiding.

This question came in last week. And I realised: most women don't know the answer, and most have been too worried to ask.

Long-term oral contraceptive use is safe for the vast majority of healthy women. What matters is that your prescription is reviewed periodically your health changes, your needs change, and what worked at 22 may need revisiting at 32. This is not a reason to stop without guidance. It's a reason to have the conversation with your doctor.

Drop your question below or DM me. Every question that comes in through this page gets answered anonymously, if you prefer.

Your pain is not in your head. But the solution might start there.

I said this to a patient a few weeks ago. She didn't argue back she cried. Not because it was hard to hear, but because it was the first time anyone had said both halves of that sentence to her, together.

Women with chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, and unexplained cyclical pain are told, far too often, that it's "just stress." That framing shuts the conversation down instead of opening it up. Dismissing pain and understanding pain are not the same thing.

The fuller picture is this: your pain is real, it's investigable, and it often has a physical cause that deserves a proper workup not a shrug. And your nervous system, shaped by stress, trauma, and years of bracing against discomfort, genuinely changes how much of that pain you carry day to day.

Treating one without the other rarely works. Treating both, together, usually does.
If a doctor has ever told you "it's just in your head" and left it there that wasn't the full answer. You deserved more of one.

Has anyone ever brushed off your pain as "just stress"? You're allowed to ask for more than that. 🌸

I became a doctor to fix things. Gynaecology taught me to listen first.

I thought surgery would be the hardest part of this job. I was wrong. The hardest part is the room what women carry into it, and what they're afraid to say out loud.

Fourteen years in, I still believe a good consultation one where a woman leaves feeling heard, not just treated is worth more than the most technically perfect procedure.

The two aren't opposed. But one is rarer than it should be. That's the gap I try to close, every day, in every room.

What did you wish your doctor knew before your last appointment? I mean it tell me.

For years, she was told it was "just a bad period."

Here's what most women are never told: endometriosis takes an average of 7 years to diagnose. Seven years of heavy bleeding, of pain that folds you in half, of being handed a painkiller and sent home while the tissue that should stay inside the uterus quietly grows outside it.

Painful periods are common. But pain that stops your life is not normal and it usually points to one of three conditions I see again and again in my clinic.

If your periods are heavy, if the pain is severe, if every month feels like something you have to survive rather than move through please don't normalise it. That instinct to push through is exactly what steals those seven years.

You deserve answers, not just relief until next month. 🌸

Save this for the woman in your life who's been told her pain is "just how it is." And if this sounds like you my DMs are open. Let's give you some clarity.
