Nanganallur Diha Clinic Marketing Director, Mr. Rajasekar K.S., gave Neighbourhood Nanganallur Speaks a first-hand experience of the clinic's warm, patient-friendly approach. What impressed the most was that every stage of a patient's visit was carefully planned with kindness, comfort and respect.

The care begins even before a patient enters the clinic. The security staff are well-trained to assist senior citizens and patients who need support. If it is raining, they immediately come with an umbrella to receive patients. They are always ready to help elderly visitors with wheelchairs, guide them safely inside and even assist in arranging transport when required.

Inside the clinic, the welcoming atmosphere is very different from what many people expect from a healthcare centre. The clinic is clean, spacious, well-lit and fully air-conditioned.

Beautiful paintings, a library, a kids' play area, soothing instrumental music and a pleasant environment help patients feel relaxed while waiting for their consultation.

One thoughtful feature is the waiting area. If a senior citizen comes with their son or daughter who has taken time off from work, the accompanying family member can comfortably sit and even continue their office work using a laptop while waiting. The seating is comfortable and the surroundings are calm, making the waiting time productive and stress-free.

Another impressive aspect is the attentive service provided by the front-office team and patient care staff. Once the doctor is ready, the staff personally inform the patient and attendant and guide them to the consultation room.
