I remember doing this two months ago when I was in the worst of my health. I had nobody to go to , nobody to talk with, everyday I’d sit & write letters on what & how I felt to Lord Hanuman. I would ask Him for signs & direction & one day when I kept my awareness high I found my answer. It will be difficult for me to reveal how I got it & what the sign was, but I was completely shocked & I felt this is it. Yes He does answer & gives you direction when you call Him out with love & devotion.

My Guru Shri Veni Madhavji was a direct disciple of Sri Aurobindo & The Mother from Auroville Pondicherry. He’s lived with the greatest Saints of India , I met him in the 1990s when I was hardly 4-5 years old & that’s when he taught me the biggest secret to Healing our body & attracting materialistic success.

He told me with the power of breath & chanting Divine names you can almost shift anything. Back then I never really understood this, but today when I apply this concept in my life it actually transforms even the biggest problems. When we focus our breath or a particular chant we cut the internal noise of the mind & we operate from a deeper state of life. And that shifts everything.

Honestly I’ve seen people do everything in terms of rituals & pooja’s to attract good luck in their house, but nothing can ever work when this simple relationship is not fixed. Respect for each other at home is the biggest doorway to fortune. Once the Energy of the people changes inside, you automatically attract good fortune outside.

I have healed a lot of my immunity issues with the power of breath & chanting. But it’s not the usual way of chanting. When I inhaled I literally would feel that there are new cells forming, my body is healing & i am completely rejuvenated & whenever I exhaled I felt that old toxic energies are leaving my body. The same thing I would feel while I would chant a mantra, I would feel a whole new me shaping up who’s completely healthy & happy. This simple practice got me feeling the best, I actually felt a short in my body & my energy. Do give this practice a try to heal unhealed wounds physically & mentally.
