Happy Father’s Day
I see it in the way your eyes lit up when our lil ones run towards you, the way your tired hands still finds the strength to holds us together and in the way you put every one’s happiness first before yours. Those moments remind me what true love really looks like.
Our kids may not remember every toy you bought, every place we visited but they will always remember the feeling of being safe in your arms, sound of laughter filling our home and that you will always be there for them.
There are days when our life is messy, plans fall apart and we all feel exhausted, yet somehow you still manage to bring hope, comfort and smile. You carry responsibilities without asking for praise and love us unconditionally without expecting anything in return.
You are not just their dad but the heart of our sweet home. One day our kids will grow up, build lives of their own but they will carry pieces of you everywhere. Your values, compassion, integrity and your unconditional love. That will be the greatest legacy.
Thank you for every silent sacrifice, sleepless nights, comforting hugs, every lesson, prayer and every dream you have worked hard to make it possible for us.
