A fancy lunch box with multiple dishes doesn’t mean kids will eat more.
Instead, understand what they like and change the way you prepare or present the food.
It’s not about more dishes—it’s about the right strategy.

**“I need a guarantee.”**

Me: 😅😅😅

In medicine, there are **no guarantees.**

But there is experience.
There is planning.
There is persistence.
And in CTO PCI… there is usually another strategy. 🫀

A **100% blocked coronary artery** is called a Chronic Total Occlusion or **CTO**.

These are among the most challenging procedures in interventional cardiology — and treating them requires careful patient selection and specialized expertise.

So if you have a CTO and have been told:

**“It’s 100% blocked.”**
**“Leave it alone.”**
**“Nothing else can be done.”**

That may be the right answer.

But sometimes… it is worth asking one more question:

# # # **“Should I get a CTO specialist opinion?”**

If you or a family member is dealing with a 100% coronary blockage, **DM “CTO”** and my team can guide you on how to arrange a formal evaluation.

And yes… the reel is a joke.
**The CTO obsession is not.** 😎🫀

Covering a sneeze with your hands may not be the best way to protect others.
When you sneeze into your hands, germs can stay on your hands and easily spread to door handles, phones, desks, and other surfaces you touch.
Instead, sneeze into a tissue or your elbow and wash your hands regularly.
A small habit can help protect the people around you.

When a patient trusts you with their health, they’re trusting you with more than a diagnosis.
Behind every patient is a person who may be scared or worried. Being a doctor means understanding the person, not just treating the illness.
That trust deserves care, compassion, and empathy.

Can you give a child half a tablet meant for adults?

Not always. A child’s medicine dose may depend on their age, weight, the medicine involved, and the strength of the tablet. Simply splitting a tablet does not automatically make the dose safe or appropriate for a child.

Never guess a child’s dose—Always check with your doctor.
