Intertrochanteric Femur Fracture- Patient had a fall due to Diabetic neuropathy and sustained Intertrochanteric femur fracture in Below Knee amputated leg. Fracture fixed in Traction table with prosthesis insitu. After 6 weeks patient started walking with prosthesis.
