Robotic knee replacement has been a great success at Apollo Main Hospital Chennai. Spine tumour surgeries do offer excellent results in many cases when diagnosed early and treated appropriately. Here is one of our happy patient from Assam who underwent a successful surgery with Dr. Imtiaz Ghani for a tumour involving the thoracic spine. Patient was discharged from hospital on the third day following surgery and was completely symptom free.

Where do doctors go for their knee replacements?

Dr Arun Kannan, our hip and knee surgeon, had 3 doctors- a nephrologist from Dubai, a urologist from US and an ophthalmologist from UK- come to us for their mothers' knee replacement surgery last month. We feel privileged that doctors trust us and our doctor with the best possible care in knee replacement surgery. Gladly, all of them did very well after surgery and went home walking!

Patient was operated elsewhere and presented to us 7 months post surgery with neck deformity (post laminectomy cervical kyphosis). We revised the surgery and completely corrected the deformity. Patient is doing well with normal neurological function of both upper and lower limbs.
