From the mist-kissed hills of Meghalaya to the spiritual heart of Assam, my recent vacation was nothing short of a dream.
​I lost myself in the endless green vistas of Laitlum Canyons, enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the calm waters of Ward’s Lake, and explored the quiet charm of Kashi village and its deep forests. After taking in the breathtaking expanse of Umiam Lake, I journeyed to Guwahati for a deeply soul-stirring darshan at the sacred Kamakhya Temple.
​Now back in Chennai, my heart is full, carrying home the perfect blend of nature's peace and divine grace. Truly, a fantastic experience.

What a fun-filled evening we had yesterday! Kauvery Sangamam 2026 was fantastic as always, featuring incredible songs, dances, and diverse performances from the various Kauvery teams—Alwarpet, Vadapalani, and Radial Road. I even had the chance to perform my favorite song, "Nenjankootil" from the movie Dishyum.
​This morning was equally wonderful; I woke up leisurely, enjoyed some time sunbathing, and relaxed in the swimming pool. After a delicious and healthy breakfast, I’m finally heading home—though I’m leaving a bit half-heartedly! My sincere thanks to the Kauvery management for organizing such a wonderful program every year.

Unamanchery Ramar temple
As per the legend, The Vijayanagara King Krishna Devaraya’s brother Achyuta Deva Raya was born with disability / handicapped. Ramar came in his dream and asked him to come to this temple and offer his prayer. So Achyuta Deva Raya came to this place, created the temple tank and worshiped Lord Rama and Sita. After some time he was cured from his disability. Hence as a part of thanks giving, Achyuta Deva Raya, extended the temple with ardha mandapam, Mukha mandapam etc,. Hence this place is called as Unam + Maikkum + Cholai ( ஊனம்+ மாய்க்கும்+ சோலை ).
This temple is more than 1000yrs old. In the main sanctum, Lord Rama, Maa Sita, Anjaneya Swamy, Bharatar and Shatrugnar are seen which is not common in any other temples.

There is a unique kind of magic in running for a cause bigger than yourself. Today, I laced up for the Kauvery K10K, marking the 4th year of this incredible initiative. 🏃‍♂️✨
​Beyond the finish line, this race was about honoring the resilience of cancer survivors and spreading a message of hope and awareness. Every stride felt like a testament to the strength of the human spirit. Huge thanks to Kauvery Hospital for organizing such a powerful event. My heart is as full as my lungs were today! 🎗️❤️

During my recent interview with Sathyam TV, I highlighted how targeted nutrition serves as a vital foundation for cancer recovery. I emphasized that a high-protein diet is essential for tissue repair and immune strength, while consistent hydration is critical for helping the body process and flush out treatment toxins. By prioritizing nutrient-dense meals and staying hydrated, patients can better manage treatment side effects, maintain their strength, and significantly improve their path to healing.

It serves as a beautiful testament to the bond we share and the care I strive to provide every day. Honored to have been a guest speaker at the Onco Update Series IV in Trichy! 🎙️
​I had the privilege of lecturing on Organ Preservation Strategies for Laryngeal and Hypopharyngeal cancers, specifically focusing on the roles of chemoradiation, neoadjuvant therapy, and immunotherapy.
​There is nothing quite like the energy of a room full of specialists committed to better patient outcomes. It was a joy to reconnect with many friends and seniors in the field.
​Kudos to Dr. Satish Balachandran and Kauvery Hospital for a perfectly executed and successful event. Grateful for the opportunity to share and learn!
