Important precautions before going for a health check:
1- Drink only plain water before test
2- Never skip routine medicines on the day of the test
3- Never do a blood test when you are unwell
4- STOP all supplements 2-3 before test
5- Drink sufficient water to keep hydrated
6- Do not hide any ongoing medication from your doctor
7- Refrain from heavy exercise before testing
8- Avoid a heavy dinner the previous night
9- After the change of medicine, test only after 6-8 weeks
10- Test before doctor visit
