We continue to see such empyema instead of adequate vaccine cover by our pediatrican colleagues. Please enjoy the above video of Thoracoscopic VATS and the advantage it provides when done early. 1. Easy separation of peel, 2. Lungs are healthy if no pneumonia and while doing we should keep in mind to free the interlobar fissures and free from sorrounding chest wall.
