Turiya is a 10 bed multidisciplinary inpatient facility, with outpatient services and offers
24 hour professional nursing services. At Turiya we offer care that ensures that old age is not a painful experience, with our committed team determined to improve the quality of life. We offer:
*Elderly and assisted living - Assisted living is designed for individuals who require
assistance with everyday activities such as meals, medication management or
assistance, bathing, dressing and transportation.
*Palliative care - Patients with advanced cancers may get weaker and require more than the usual care at home. We focus on relieving pain, symptoms and stress of serious illnesses and help to minimize sufferings and improve the quality of life of patients suffering from cancer.
*Respite care - Respite care or short term care is offered at Turiya for patients who need nursing care and enables carers to take time off.
*Transition care - Transition care provides short-term care that is focused on particular therapies such as physiotherapy (exercises, mobility, strength and balance) , as well as counseling and aims to help the patient to become as independent as they can be after they've been in hospital, and provides extra support .
*Hospice care - Hospice care is end-of-life care. We give medical, psychological, and spiritual.The aim is to control pain and other symptoms so a person can remain as alert and comfortable as possible. We will alleviate their pain as much possible, offer holistic
solutions to slow down the process and ensure they are well taken care with dignity. We combine Allopathy with an array of complementary practices like acupuncture, homeopathy, ayurveda. Along with this we offer the services of a In-house Psychologist and Physiotherapist.
