Key Takeaways after you click the link below:

Confidence vs. Self-Esteem:

Prof. VKJ clarifies that while confidence is faith in a specific ability, self-esteem is the larger foundation. Many people struggle because they focus on the surface-level skill without addressing their core self-worth (1:22-3:07).

The "Rat Holes" Concept:

People often have "rat holes" in their minds—emotional scars from past experiences like bullying, criticism, or failure—that cause their energy to leak. Unless these past traumas are identified and cleansed, new practices will remain ineffective (5:24-6:38).
The Role of Pratyahara: To build sustainable confidence, one must practice Pratyahara (emotional balance). This involves mapping out past negative experiences (e.g., from school, work, or family), visualizing them, and intentionally releasing them through deep breathing and forgiveness (12:20-14:06).

Integrated Yogic Practices:

Once the emotional foundation is cleared, the speaker suggests an integrated routine including Vajrasana (diamond pose), Bhujangasana (cobra pose), Kapalabhati, and Bhramari (humming sound). These practices help strengthen the body-mind connection, specifically targeting the Manipura chakra (15:06-18:02).

Neuroplasticity and Affirmations:

Transformation is possible through consistency. Prof. VKJ emphasizes that by dedicating 40-60 minutes daily to these techniques and using positive affirmations, one can rewire their brain and see a visible difference in their confidence level within 7 days (10:00-10:30, 18:46-19:04).

The urgency and pressure given by the bosses in the Sales department in meeting targets and the understanding of this "now ...now you got to sell it... so sell like hell" ... like in Ranganatha street ... or on the streets of Bangkok... somehow trick and sell... are all a very wrong experience and understanding of the sales process.

True selling for sales is a win win situation built over space and time.
