Banaras has a way of holding you — gently, without asking you to be okay.

As a psychologist, I sit with stories every day. Stories of fear, hope, confusion, healing. And somehow, this city mirrors all of it.

The silence of the Ganga.

The rituals that carry both grief and grace.
It feels like therapy — raw, layered, sacred.
